The bullseye visual would allow customization at the slice and ring level with drilldown functionality.
There could be a quantitative summary view showing the total of data points within each slice by ring. Also, a detailed view displaying the label of the data point.
Additional details could be displayed for each data point (i.e. project name) like total cost, description, etc.
