Provide the ability to import a SQL stored procedure the same way we import a SQL table, view, or table value function into a PBI Table that provides query folding and incremental refresh.
Right now we can only import a stored procedure with Native Query, which breaks query folding and messes up incremental refresh. SQL Stored Procedures have major performance advantages over views and table value functions.
