Not being able to access a premium workspace as a non premium user (even as a member/viewer)

To use the deployment pipeline feature in power bi premium you need to change your workspace to a premium workspace and that means others in your organisation who will be using the workspace even just to view reports/dashboards will also need premium membership. This does not make any sense why should a viewer of the reports need a premium just to view reports. I need the premium just to make my life easier as I can automate the deployment of power bi reports. I hope the larger community and the power bi team can even just allow viewer level access for pro license users to premium workspaces would be a good move and will also boost productivity for its own users thereby increasing possible users for its services,
