When the same column has been added to a visual twice, renaming one renames the other to match. You should be able to rename these to two individual names. e.g. I have a stacked bar chart and I have added a line to display the net of the individual categories. Now when using the default tooltip it displays the individual category values and the net as "net" but these ought to be named differently, i.e "net" vs "value"
