Needs VotesLegend field overwrites coloring when expression based coloring is in use

Expression based coloring is great, but the report consumers need to understand what each color mean on the chart.
Adding a legend is not an option currently, because theclegend field overwrites the the conditional color formatting.
The legend field should respect expression based color settings and return the color for each value.
