    Adding reshare permissions to report shall also give reshare permissions to dataset

    When sharing a report with a user and at the same time giving the user reshare permissions, the user also get reshare permissions to the dataset.
    But just adding reshare permissions to an already existing user doesn't give that user reshare permissions to the dataset.

    I don't see the logic in this. One of the two use cases must be wrong so please fix either
