This idea has come about from the introduction of personal bookmarks in the PBI Service: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-personal-bookmarks-in-the-power-bi-service/
Many report creators use bookmarks as a dynamic way of showing/hiding visuals, or navigating between tabs. Exposing an end user to these bookmarks could be confusing for them and expose the underlying workings of the report.
Personal bookmarks are great, but an option in PBI Desktop to expose certain bookmarks in the PBI Service would satisfy both report creators and consumers.

Being able to hide all bookmarks created in the desktop during creation of the reports that are published to the service would be highly beneficial! We only want the users of our reports (which are published to apps) to see the bookmarks they create, NOT the bookmarks we created to manage the reports.
PLEASE make it an option to hide certain bookmarks!!!

I can't believe this was opened FIVE years ago, and nothing has happened. It is already a nuisance to have to work with bookmarks to create a dynamic, layered report, but then I can't even hide these from the report consumers?!

This would be incredibly useful allowing us to have one report for many types of viewers.

Very needed feature to hide from the end user complex grouped bookmarks used in development. Or a second grouping could do the job as well
