is it possible to add support for "duration" data type in the report view as in Power Query?

That would be great to have available this feature in Power BI.
I've seen many requests about this subject.
As far as I know, that request is so far suggested and until now i't's not been applied, I think that maybe can be a technical issue.

Agreed! It is a lovely duration in Power Query, so why can't it also appear in Power Pivot?! Need duration that includes: days h:mm:ss and some folks also need the ms on the end. Most of my durations exceed 24 hours, so days is a critical component.

This is a massive missing element in Power BI.

Please bring up Excel's [h]:mm:ss format in Power BI ASAP! It's a pity to miss this feature in such a great tool.
