Without the ability to use bookmarks for scheduled reports, we are looking at having to create multiple versions (up to 70 for some reports!) of the same report to match functionality that users are used to from our previous reporting platform - creating a significant, unnecessary administrative burden.


This feature is essential for large organisations.

Subscribing to a report not that useful.
Subscribing to emails of bookmarked views/filters would be very useful.

It would be very useful to our users if they could subscribe to their own personal bookmarks that they create from a report.

As today the subscription is a great option but lack of 2 features that can really make a difference:
- have an option to include all report pages in the PDF (like when you manually export to pdf the report)
- have an option to select a bookmark (so from same report I can have different views for different people)

It's true that the purpose of Power BI is to have people going in and work on it dynamically. But we always have the needs to send some PDF to CIO, CEO, SVP and this takes a lot of manual work.

I feel like this should be merged with the following idea and / or implemented along with this idea that's already planned:

Agree this would be great. We have reports that are org-wide and a given sub-team will filter the reports to the data that is relevant to them. There are 20+ sub-teams. We can create links to these bookmarks, but being able to subscribe and get a weekly email with the bookmarked view would be extremely helpful.

Please complete ASAP. This would transform the way and usefulness of BI in my organisation.

I'm with David Royal and everyone else who's commented about ditching the 900+ votes for this feature that existed on the idea that got merged here. This feature is an absolute must. *Please* implement it.

Definitely need this for our folks in the org that do not learn new technology fast so that we can get them the information they need to run the business!
