    Enable SSL for SAP HANA Direct Query

    According to the documentation, you cannot connect to SAP HANA instances configured to use SSL (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-directquery-sap-hana#limitations). Please enable SSL for SAP HANA Direct Query.

    This issue is very relevant for us because using SSL in SAP HANA is mandatory

    SSL is now mandatory for HANA Cloud, this problem becomes more urgent.

    I am not convinced this is put as a limitation. All Enterprise organizations would enforce SSL for connectivity as their security policy, which is indeed a very basic feature which is expected.

    As a MSBI platform specialist, i am unable to justify this limitation to our security team.
