The Relative Date Filtering works great. However, it would be fantastic if you could apply this to an existing measure or field as a quick measure. That would allow to create a Sales Last Calendar Month; or Forecast for Next Calendar Month, etc. that you could drop into the same table alongside the original Sales and Forecast measures.
