Add Export data with current layout to Power bi report server. Currently this is made available in the power bi service .It would be great if this functionality can be added to power bi report server as many organization including our own still use in On prem power bi report server for our business critical reporting .

This feature is essential for our business units and users are really disappointed that this feature doesnt work yet on PowerBI Report Server. Switching to the Service / cloud is not possible due to strict data governance rules that apply to our organization. Please consider to implement this feature in the near future.

As mentioned in this post, https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/Unavailable-to-Export-Data-with-Current-Layout-Power-BI-Report/m-p/3182153#M29459In our organization, we implemented PBIRS in order to setup folders, with permissions for certain roles within our organization, to have access to certain reports that report builders can distribute to. I understand, with the Power BI service, each report must be shared out to groups manually which is why we have not used the service. The problem of not having the "export with current layout" on PBIRS has halted our implementation of this.

Many customers are currently adopting Power BI report server.However, the most inconvenient thing is that the 'Data with current layout' extraction method cannot be used. (Can only be extracted by 'Summarized data')Power BI report server should be able to use that feature just like in the desktop version.Exactly the same as the idea here, (https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=83311264-009e-ec11-826d-501ac5248c93#submit-comment)but still no improvement so I'm adding the idea again.

Very important to our organization. The functionality should be the same between services. We need this in order to move to Power BI fully and push to our end-users.
