Two Way Sync on Power BI Service Refresh to Sharepoint/OneDrive

I have datasets that I author in desktop and then connect to via onedrive in the service and have the datasets set to scheduled refresh in the cloud.

Often, if I have to make a change/update the existing pbix, I will open the file but it will only contain data from the last local refresh, and therefore won't match the data as of the last service refresh, which isn't a huge problem...

BUT some datasets can take 20-30 min to refresh locally, which I find I should do before saving the updated dataset, because otherwise, the data as of the last local refresh (which could be days/weeks old) will be written over the more recent data that was in the service, and users will have to wait until the next service refresh to see new data again.

As a best-practice, for now, I download a dataset I would like to modify from the service so that it is always the data as of the most recent scheduled refresh, and then 'Save As' over the old file sitting on onedrive, so that when it resyncs, it does so with my modifications in place, and also with the most recent data.

It would be great if a dataset is connected via OneDrive, that the dataset not only refreshes on the service, but also in the pbix file itself that is on OneDrive.
