I have hundreds of macros and completely customised Excel ribbons with many, many personal buttons based on VBA macros. I can't even use native Excel any more. The chance that out-of-the-box Power BI is going to provide me with all the flexibility and functionality I need is unlikely. PLEASE PLEASE add VBA support to PowerBI.

Hands down the most important feature of Power BI would be the inclusion of VBA!

please add VBA capability to Power BI. trust me ...in no time , Power BI will replace all other dashboarding tools in the market if this is implemented.

We built custom Excel based tools for analyzing our data. Programatic VBA functionality would allow us to convert the tool to Power BI. Power BI functionality alone is not sufficient for flexible user interaction.

vba or c# support would allow a two way conversation with the data.
Very good. Can do this in Cognos. Would like to do it in PowerBI
