    Implement support for getting data from encrypted Excel Files including "get data" and refresh scenarios

    At the moment one of the Power BI desktop limitations is: "Getting data from encrypted Excel Files is not supported. This includes "get data" and refresh scenarios".
    As otherwise the support for labeling and protecting Power BI content is good it is a pity this limitation is in place as it breaks the sensitive data flow from data sources (Excel) to Power BI.
