Web content on dashboard tile security - Segregate Add from from View
Allow tenant admins to set a specific security group with permissions to add web content to a dashboard.
Seperately tenant admins should be able to set the "View" role. This would in theory allow admins to have a bit of control over potentially dangerous code being added to Dashboards.
