New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

You used to have dark mode...then you removed it...and now it's on the timeline but no ETA? This is terrible UX and has real accessibility impacts.

I think I voted. But not sure. I can't see after scorching both retinas while working on Power BI Desktop all morning.

I must say i agree,
i am visually impaired and now find powerbi almost unusable,
i cant believe that in an age where most applications have theme options, including office, that Microsoft chose to switch the theme out and not leave in an option to revert

Come on guys. This is a no brainer! And clearly you can already do both dark and light mode. We just need the option, like in all other current serious tools.
