    Multicolored background of a visual e.g Line Chart according to the values on Line

    What I would like to have is background color of a visual indicating the value the Line chart is showing. Say we have a Line Chart then i would i like background to have 3 colors Green for High Numbers, Orange for Medium and Red for Low Numbers.
    Just like Conditional formatting.
