    Toggle More Options menu on visualization to be visible permanently instead of when hovering over visualization.

    When a user wants to export a table within Power BI to Excel, they have to hover over a visualization to get the More Options ("...") menu to appear on the top right. Some users are unable to find this easily, so having the option to make it appear permanently on the top right of the visualization instead of only appearing when hovering the cursor over the table would be helpful.
