In a Power BI workspace, under Workspace Settings, there’s a tab named “Premium”. The main/first setting under this tab is not a configuration setting for some premium-only feature but rather is where the user chooses the license mode for the workspace.
The license mode options (e.g. pro, premium per user, etc.) are not all for premium, nor do all contain “premium” in their name. Based on this, an idea would be to rename this tab to something like “Mode” or “Licensing” or “License Mode”—or maybe to move the license mode option to the “About” tab?
