I think it is quite necessary to make a feature which enables users to sync slicers between different reports (different PBIX files). Because in a command center, users sometimes want to compare data from different reports, with similar slicers/filters applied.
It will improve the hassle so users will have less interaction to setup different slicers/filters when this case happens.

Totally agree. I have created an app consisting of several reports and every time the user shifts from one underlying PBIX to another they have to set slicers again.For the users point of view it makes no sense as it is presented as an app, and the user don't know that there are several reports involved.
