    PowerBI should be able to support application life cycle management(ALM) concept. This should help developers to manage objects during entire development cycle.

    It should also be possible to maintain version control for different types of objects and compare those across development/quality and production.

    We have released Deployment pipelines to support this scenario. see here- https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-power-bi-deployment-pipelines-preview/ for version control. you can use Power BI integration with OneDrive.
