It would be great to have a basic history table of data available showing some of the following fields:
1. Deployed from Workspace
2. Deployed to workspace
3. Deployed by Whom
4. Report Name Deployed
5. Dataset Name deployed (if applicable or different from Report Name)
6. Date/time of last deployment
This would be useful for an Admin/Manager type who is reviewing an Azure Dev Ops story/ticket to make sure the deployment process had a paper trail and confirming changes were made before looking into report content if needed for further detail and review.
