record and replay actions

I propose to add functionality to record user's actions, so that they can be later repeated on similar objects.

For example, I often need to add X-axis constant line to multiple charts. So, I could select a chart, start recording, add an X-axis constant line, set its settings, stop recording; then select another chart, click on replay button (or press a shortcut), and the X-axis constant line is created on this chart with the same settings as on the 1st one.
