Power Query Steps Timing

Display Timings for each step in the Applied Steps pain in ms

E.g
Source (10 ms)
Navigation (2 ms)
mRemOthCols (2 ms)
mFilterOutNulls (10 ms)
mChgType (2 ms)

Total Execution time on the Top next to the Query name

This will help us optimise queries and see if the time differences are significant

The Query Diagnostic tables are too complex and don't provide meaningful information that can be used by a business user
