As a report developer I would like to be able to navigate to a scroll position (X/Y coordinates). This would allow me to provide better UX for consumers without the need for complex bookmarks.
The use case for this is when developing for mobile report layouts and page layouts that aren't the "standard" widescreen format.
The scroll position would need to be customizable for mobile layout.
