The Date.EndOfQuarter function returns results which are incorrect; I have raised this in the community forums here, along with examples: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Issue-with-EndOfQuarter/m-p/427998#M197035
Although a workaround has been suggested, tested and approved. The formula should be returning expected results.
