The ability for an Power Bi Administrator to take ownership of the embed coded
We had a problem where once a user has left the organisation any embed code generated by them will stop working (This was shared on our corporate website, so we had dashboards on our website not working)
So we need a way to transfer the embed code to a user that is still with the company who is licenced correctly
