Bookmarks - Add toggle for filters

Just like there is a toggle to include/exclude visuals, we need the ability to toggle individual filters (page, report, and visual).

This would allow us to change some filters through bookmarks but not all. Example: Change date range filter (Total, YTD, CM) but not change a user selected filter (company/project). Then, users could quickly switch between defined date ranges without changing other filters.

This wouldn't have to provide the ability to select individual filters, as that could be a very lengthy list. I could just provide the ability to select or deselect each of the 3 categories of filters; visual, page and all pages.

Absolutely this is needed. As a general rule, one should be able to create any combination of filters/slicers/parameters with bookmarks without an all or none decision.

This would be really useful to use filters in the Filter pane instead of adding an additional Slicer (which need not be added to an already packed Report Page)

This would be really beneficial.
I have a requirement to make selection changes to the visual, page and report level filters in the Filter Pane without affecting the current selection of any slicers on the report page.
Currently, the only way to make selection changes in the Filter Pane when using Bookmarks is to use the 'All visuals' option but this captures the slicer selection at the point the Bookmark was created or updated. Not ideal for my scenario.
