Issue with APP audience - manage permissions page

Hello,

I am using APP audiences for the first time and have come across a bug on the Manage permissions page. (When you click on the 3 dots next to an app and choose manage permissions)

I have a long list of users and 3 different audiences. When I use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down the page the user's membership will change to a random audience.

This can be replicated each time I open that page. ( I am using Chrome)
