RLS hide new tables by default

When having RLS in the data model, newly added tables should be hidden by default to increase data security. Now when author is changing the model by adding new data tables, always needs to remember to add RLS rules to the new table before publishing. If this is forgotten, data is exposed to all users. Default set up should be that table is hidden for all roles unless author has actively looked into RLS rules and decided how much to open that particular table for end users.
