Exporting data from a visual should be much more intuitive for end-users. Adding the ability to "create a button" for this would be amazing rather than having to walk executives through having to hover and click the three dots to export.

RE: Button to Export to Excel
Desperately needed. The function is already there but trying to get users to find a hidden "More options" is problematic.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
Please take this on priority to have a simple button to export the data as every user don't knows that there is already a hidden option for the same. I don't think it would be a big deal to get it pending since last 4 years as I see above this idea submitted on Nov 2019.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
It would be nice to be able to replicate what can already be done but make it easier for the user.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
Make it visible, please
RE: Button to Export to Excel
This would be amazing to see. the current work around of using powerautomate isn't efficent with a large user base for dashboards. Additionally, Exporting to excel is more in line with other products and more hassle free.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
A Flow template would be great
RE: Button to Export to Excel
Ability to create button that can export data , instead of ellipsis will alllow better user experience and allows the users of report to easily identify the export option.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
I know clicking the ellipsis the export data doesn't seem like too hard a process, unless of course you work in the C-suite where it is clearly intolerable! Please Let us put a huge button on the screen for them.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
Current way of exporting information is not clear to non power bi users.
The function is already available within Power BI itself, just needs a button linked to it.
RE: Button to Export to Excel
Not just Excel, I have a table I'd like to export to CSV UTF-8. An export button that did this would cut several steps from my process.
There are other requests that need different encodings, e.g.
I keep getting support requests from users because they clicked the wrong kebab (like a card near the table) and this appears to them as export for the table being broken. Putting an export button on pages that are frequently exported would let my users work without interruptions. It would also allow new users to get started faster without learning how to do the hover dance to find the export menu.
