Support R visuals to Publish to web

Currently publishing to web doesn't support R visuals. It is very essential otherwise what is the value of R scripts if I am not able to publish It.

This issue was highlighted in 2017 and is still not implemented...

In order to take the graphs to a whole new level MS must work on this feature!

One workaround is to make a custom visual from your R script (there are good tutorials online), which makes this limitation even more pointless. :(
