Custom Conectors in PBI service - Connect to mes files stored in one drive.

The idea is simply that instead of using a gateway just to connect to a local mes file. Be able to store the mez files in a one drive folder and access them from there for the service.

Simplest workflow:

1. Nothing changes with the current creation of a mez file. Still put it in Documents\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors for PBI desktop.
2. for the PBI workspace, add a One Drive folder for custom mez files.
3. Copy the mez file to this One Drive folder.
4. Publish the Model. If the model is published before the mes file, then a refresh of the model should fix this.

Benefits to Microsoft would be making custom connectors much more user friendly. Increasing their use and increasing the data sources PBI can connect to. In addition, Increasing the ISV's who would be interested in going thought the certification process.

P.s. another storage location could be Git. But I think that would add more complexity then needed.
