Option to Allow Power BI to Partially Update Successfully & Notify Where Was Not Updated

There are some situations where a tiny error (e.g. an Excel file linked to Power BI is renamed or a column header is a database has been renamed or deleted) which causes the entire Power BI to fail to refresh. In such cases, I still hope the Power BI is still able to update all other parts but notify the owner about the error that was found.

This wish is for both Power BI desktop and service so that the Power BI can still update most parts while giving the Power BI creator more time to troubleshoot.
