When you have data that is close in value, you sometimes can hover the one you want, so you can't see that value in the "hover display".
My suggestion is that you select a data, wether by the legend or another part of that data that is not close, then the "hover display" prioritizes that data.
Ex : Satifaction and answer rates on the same monthly graph. If there's a month they're close, I can't hover and have both.
