If we have lets say three normalised tables but no fact table it.
User table
PC assets
Phone Assets
And we have a username in each table.
If we try to link them in the matrix, it fails. So i out the username as a first ...then pc asset and then try and put phone asset it fails.
Powerbi should be able to tell that they have a common join ie username and thus put the two fields under username.
Ideally the date should be in a readable format but powerbi should be able to determine the joins and display them..
