We have 150 employees in our business. We plan on having one person write/build reports in Power BI and the rest view the reports that they share out. As it stands, you can only view a shared report if you have a Power BI Pro license, which is also the license required to make and share reports in Power BI.
It would be great if MS could create a new 'View Only' license that allows you to view shared reports without having to purchase a Pro license. I understand that MS has a premium license that allows this but the pricing only suits a large business model - even at £7.50 per user per month (pro), this prices out a lot of small/medium size businesses from using the product, especially as most businesses of this size will not require or need everyone to be creating their own reports in Power Bi, meaning most of the features you pay for become redundant.
