If we need to make changes to measure names in either AS or Power BI, all of our existing Excel or Power BI reports either do not work, or drop the previous measure from the report. Is there a way to allow measure name changes but not lose the measure from existing reports? We are essentially not allowing name changes on measures because of all of the re-work it would cause on the user reporting side.
