The 'See Records' feature is a great feature but is not complete. It needs to be able to
1. Be used with all types of visuals (charts, tables, matrix, custom visuals)
2. Compatible with Calculated measures
3. Allow for feature to be turned on or off for each individual visual

RE: See Records feature improvements
#2 is critical
RE: See Records feature improvements
Additionally, the ability to individually turn on/off columns that would be displayed in the “See Record” option would be very useful. Often we have hundreds of columns in the dimensions and would be helpful to turn on just a selected set of columns for display.
RE: See Records feature improvements
Can we also have it based on Roles? Some individuals should be able to see all the records and some should only see the aggregate numbers.
RE: See Records feature improvements
Agree with all "needs", but number 3 is critical to be implemented. I know there are workarounds, but those are kludgy and sometimes not usable. An enhancement would be to turn off/on based on 0365 groups (or something similar).
RE: See Records feature improvements
Would be good to instead of 3. be able to set which user groups can show records.
RE: See Records feature improvements
We are particularly interested in point #3. When embedding visuals on public websites it is good sometimes to take out this feature.
RE: See Records feature improvements
i choose point number 3
RE: See Records feature improvements
Necessary for validating underlying data.
RE: See Records feature improvements
Seriously, how can we or business users have confidence when we can't verify the underlying data? Especially considering all the ins and outs of DAX context transition issues etc, which can swing re-grouped target percentages etc. Fix this please (Measures included although most of the time, even if no measures it still doesn't drill down). The data is there in the model, so allow it to be accessible if not deliberately locked. That would hugely increase the take up, otherwise back to standard Excel pivot tables...

Please, please, please, please. :-)
