The DAX measure window often expands to cover the entire report page canvas, and sometimes it's helpful to see the visuals in the background while developing the measure. I often find myself having to click off the measure to see the report canvas, then come back to it. A simple solution to this might be to allow the user to adjust opacity of the DAX window.
