Deployment Pipelines - ability to rename objects on deployment via a rule

For clarity we are naming our objects differently between DEV, TEST and LIVE workspaces, especially to ensure that users will pick up the LIVE objects (dataflows, datasets or reports) from the LIVE workspace by default.

For instance DEV Sales -> TEST Sales -> Sales. In this instance we expect most of the users to use the Sales dataset.

The current deployment pipelines do not automatically support different naming conventions and tag these as changes.

We should have the ability to specify rules for naming objects (ie specifying prefix or suffix) in the deployment pipeline rules.
