Allow end users to move the position of visuals/groups that are designated 'unlocked' in the service

I often use bookmarks to show/hide slicer panes or other content related to the report currently being viewed- often by utilising groups of shapes/visuals to more or less replicate say a userform. The only issue is this content obscures the dashboard, and the user has no way to move the additional content around other than the Show/Hide functionality that bookmarks provide. Which is a shame, because sometimes this additional content supports what is shown in the report underneath.

Would it be possible to add new functionality that lets report devs 'unlock' a visual or group so that end users could drag it around as suits their viewing experience? This would turn Power BI into more of a "Interactive Data Application".

All visuals would be locked by default, but a dev could uncheck a 'Fixed Position' box and thus allow users to move the visual or group around as suits them. In a way this is an extension of the "Personalise Visuals" functionality recently introduced.

This offers the dev a way to pop up useful information to help users navigate reports without permanently taking up space in a report, and makes for a much more interactive, immersive experience for the end user.
