Since March 2023, the dashboard tiles do not automatically update and sometimes, the data shown on the tiles could be randomly from 2-3 days ago.
This subsequently caused some or many automated emails to send the wrong info.
Prior to March, everything was ok.
I have confirmed that the Power BI in service was updated correctly and have done even a totally new and simple Power BI with a new dashboard but the dashboard just won't refresh automatically. I have tried to contact support but after some discussion and testing, the conclusion was that because I'm using "Import Mode", the dashboard setting for the auto refresh is not supported.
Thus, I hope the auto refresh function can also be implemented for Import Mode. For those facing the same issue, please help to vote. Thanks.
