'Keeping Paginated Reports available to only Premium and Azure Embedded Power BI is going to hurt Microsoft in long run.
PBI Product Manager should have used statistics that how many businesses out there have more than 500 users?
There should be some way to use Paginated Reports in Power BI Pro Licenses.
@Microsoft, wake up before you end up pushing your customers (who are smaller companies) to competition.

Microsoft, democratizing technology can not happen if you keep useful tools available to expensive tiers only.

As many have said, I work for a company that has to small of a work force to implement premium capacity. Honestly, they would drop Power BI all together if the cost went up that much. However, one of the major hurdles is getting them to understand that Power BI isn't designed for printing. Using Paginated reports would give them the best of both worlds. Not being able to print is limiting my ability to expand the platform.

I think Microsoft should consider that we live in a new world with Coronavirus that will affect the economy for many years. They should help companies around the world, and this is something that can really help us! Microsoft I know you can do it and I know you want to help us!

Microsoft - 8 months under review is sufficient time. Please pull the trigger. How many more comments\votes do you need to mull over? EVERYBODY has this need. Keeping this capability in Premium is selfish and hurting your customers.

As far as I know, Power BI licenses are based on scaling and usage within an organization, not on functionality... Then why would you do the opposite regarding Paginated reports? Also smaller companies can benefit from Paginated Reports but are unable to afford it since the gap between Pro and Premium is way too large. It's a shame that something so important is not available to smaller companies. Making this available for pro users will make the product so much more complete.

The premium option is simply not an option for us as we are a small company and simply can't afford it.
I don't understand why paginated reports are not available under pro.

This would be a game changer. I hope you guys realize that..will beat all the other BI tools out there.

New small business owner. Heavy industrial testing and repair. Wanting to improve quality of machinery maintenance and inspection reports, etc. Not unusual for forms to be filled out by hand in the field, entered in Word back at the office, pictures added manually, report converted to PDF, then emailed to customer. Aging customer base - I've had to show some how to download Adobe reader. Have tried other app builder solutions with some success (no more hand-written forms or additional data entry!) but huge room for improvement with functionality. Found Power Platform, tested Powerapps and Power BI...seriously changes everything. BUT...discovered paginated report limitation. Struggling in my first year of business as it is, premium out of the question. Very disappointed, thought this was the answer. Would love to learn the suite to offer awesome visualization reporting to some of our "new school" customers, but cannot make the investment in time if it will not benefit my core of primarily "old school" customers who want in on a page. It's the game-changer that isn't.
