Please consider adding functionality to give the report author more control of shapes, textboxes and images. This functionality might include grouping, disabling selection, etc.

This would enrich the options for organizing data onto the report page and will remove all those unnecessary grey lines and rectangles that the user sees when hovering over the controls

Several of these items have been implemented - including grouping, editing interactions, new shapes, etc.

This is critical feature that is still missing in Power BI.
It would be great to have "disable selection" features in the reading mode and to be able to group elements and assign them features as a group.
This gives amazing amount of flexibility which currently is missing and is limiting UX (especially on the Mobile application).

I created some boxes outside of Power BI with a format I like to put visualizations like slicers on top of to create some definition between objects and even though you can send them to back you can still accidentally click on them to bring them forward. Please create an option to disable focus for an object.

This would also enable report creators to create better UX-designs when for example bulding designs by the use of shapes, text boxes etc. Currently these items are brought to front whenever a user selects the item, and wont go away until it is deselected, which can be pretty frustrating and even cause great designs to fail.

This is a must have. Not everything in the dashboard needs to be selectable and brought to the front. This makes layering images with visualizations a nightmare.

Any updates? Pretty big issue in my planned deployment when the text overlayed on an action shape is covering the action...
