It was implemented in charts but not in tables or matrixes.

We released conditional formatting in tables with our May release of Power BI Desktop. Give it a try and let us know what you think. You can learn more about how to use it in our latest blog post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-may-update-feature-summary/.

RE: conditional formatting in tables

Please update this functionality. It is so basic, and will not fit our needs. For example, we have very specific color for project status, like, blue for completed, green for active, yellow for concerned, red for over due...etc. But, there is no way I can find to code like this! The closest thing is "conditional formatting for measurement" which I can only specific 3 colors at the most...

RE: conditional formatting in tables

Useful for bespoke Key performance indicators, would be good if you could have the something similar to the traffic light icons.

RE: conditional formatting in tables

Very basic, please update. What if we need conditional formatting for matrix based on various rows
For example , batting averages across different leagues should have different targets
Thank you

RE: conditional formatting in tables

Why only min/max? why can't we apply more than one conditions to a column in Power BI?

RE: conditional formatting in tables

Dear Power BI Team, I agree with the previous comments here below saying that the feature has been only partially implemented, Many customers are asking the possibility for the conditional formatting to be applied on the text columns and not only on the measures. Can you please consider it and either reopen this idea or open a new idea about an upgrade of the current conditional formatting?
