I was submitting a new idea and noticed there are no tooltips in for the text formatting tools on the Idea Description box. I was attempting to add a hyperlink which I presume to be the icon which looks like chains, but clicking this doesn't appear to do anything. Because this text formatting tool appeared to do something else, I attempted to see what the tool is by hovering my mouse over the icon, but no tooltip shows up.
Expected result: Tooltips on the rich text formatting buttons in the text editor for posting issues
Actual result: There are no tooltips when hovering over formatting buttons making it difficult to know what each tool does
