Power BI admins should be able to manage refresh schedules on reports they do not own within a Power BI workspace

In our company, we have many individuals publishing reports in our teams' workspaces. Often we run into issues where reports that have high refresh frequencies will have their refresh schedules disabled following issues with the data sources the report uses. This can happen when a data source service fails or there is a table error in a data source. These issues are usually resolved quickly, however, it happens often enough that we have reports that lose their refresh schedules due to these types of issues and we cannot just go into the report settings and turn the refresh schedule back on unless we are the report owner. It would make sense that if we can force manual refreshes of other users reports we could also be able to update their refresh schedules.

Please consider allowing admins for a Power BI workspace the ability to update the refresh schedule settings of Power BI reports regardless of who owns the report.
