Secure embed sign-in

Issue: When the user has embedded a report in secure portal, whether a user opens a report URL directly, or one that's embedded in a web portal, report access requires authentication. The following screen appears if a user hasn't signed in to Power BI in their browser session. When they select Sign-In, a new browser window or tab should open. Have them check for pop-up blockers if they don't get prompted to sign in.

idea: “To avoid user frustration, we should allow direct access to the report instead of displaying a sign-in pop-up every time the report is opened for the first time.” This way, users can access the report without any interruptions and focus on their work.
